Well 2021 continued to present a particularly difficult and challenging time for lots of businesses and we are no exception. But we were able to get involved in a handful of events in the lead up to Christmas. It was great to be out and about and to be able to meet our lovely customers.
We are hopeful of a much improved year this year and it has already started well with the exciting news that we have partnered with Ava Rose Hamilton who have beautiful bridal boutiques in Silsden and Colne. We are providing our fruit gin in a pretty organza drawstring bag, together with a selection of heart-shaped chocolates from local firm Whitaker’s of Skipton to go in a goodie bag that each bride-to-be will receive when they say “Yes to the dress”! We are beyond excited and they are keeping us very busy. Huge thanks to them.

2020….the year that was cancelled! We hope everyone is staying safe and well. This has been a particularly challenging and difficult time for many businesses and we have been no exception. Our thoughts go out to those affected at this awful time. Like many, we are trying new ways of doing things. We are promoting our online sales more as people feel happier and safer being able to buy online rather than make unnecessary trips to the shops. Well, where did that year go!? A belated Happy New Year to all our lovely customers and suppliers. Hope you had a great festive break. We’re busy catching up on all our low priority jobs that we’d put on the back burner over the last few weeks. And obviously contacting all our existing and potential new customers to see if they’d like to take some more of our fabulous fruity gins. We’re looking to phase out our two vodkas….Cranberry & Orange Vodka and Rhubarb & Ginger Vodka as they don’t sell as well as our gins. So we offering these at a discount price of just £16 per bottle and when they’re gone they’re gone. Do get in touch. Meanwhile take a look at our lovely new bottles….a bit more attractive that our old ones, don’t you think. And in the spirit of doing our bit, we’re offering £1 per bottle off each future order if you return your empties. #chinchin for now!

Well we are hurtling towards Christmas….don’t you think as soon as the schools are back in September and everyone’s back from their holidays, the pace seems to pick up!! We’re busy getting our diary together in the run-up to the festive period with shopping events and markets aplenty. Take a look at our events page for details but bear in mind that these details may change.
We’re delighted to add a few new customers to the fold including Elsworth Kitchen in Skipton, Rumagin Spirits, a brand new wine and spirits shop in Otley, The Magdalens Pub in Ripon and The Butcher’s Arms in Silsden.
Also owing to the popularity of gin we are phasing out our Cranberry & Orange Vodka Liqueur in favour of the gin version so as they say “When it’s gone, it’s gone!”

Well, we have now finished all the various events over the last few months and have had a fabulous time and met some lovely people. Now we can sit back a bit, concentrate on some Christmas wrapping and getting ready for the big day. Well, things are certainly hotting up now the summer holidays are over and the schools are back. We have a lovely new customer, East Riddlesden Hall, a beautiful National Trust property nearby who have purchased a selection of our fruit liqueurs to serve at weddings in their fantastic rustic barn. They also allowed us to pick a few mulberries (although we're not sure there are enough to do anything with!) Gin Festival continue to keep us incredibly busy and the Fleece in Addingham are on about their 5th delivery since they re-opened recently of our popular Gooseberry & Elderflower Gin.
We've also had a lot of interest from shooting groups and of course it's coming up to sloe-picking season so busy, busy!!

Well, 2017 is flying by, can't believe it's June already! We are as busy as ever with a flurry of new customers including the newly refurbished Fleece in Addingham, who have already re-ordered and they've only been open a few weeks!! We are also delighted to announce we are supplying Wright Wine in Skipton, Chez Vin in Otley and the Jug & Bottle, Bubworth near York as well as all our other regular customers. Where is this year going!! It'll be Christmas before we know it. Gin Festival continue to keep us incredibly busy - thank you to them for their continued business and support. We've just a couple of cheeky orders from Jackson's Farm Shop of Cracoe and North 2 South Boutique & Gifts in Skipton and aim to ring round every one of our customers just to touch base. We are delighted to have been involved in the organising of Ilkley's first monthly fine food & local produce market - Real Food Ilkley. Our first event was held on Sunday 6th March (Mothers' Day) and was a tremendous success with some stalls selling out within a few hours. Real Food Ilkley takes place every first Sunday of the month (except Jan & Feb) on South Hawksworth Street, Ilkley behind the Black Hat pub. Wow....and breathe! What a year! I managed to triple my sales last year on the year before! It's true, everyone loves gin.....and vodka.....and brandy.....especially with some fruity deliciousness added!!! Following the popularity of my Raspberry Brandy last year I will be making some more up and don't forget I've got Rhubarb & Ginger Vodka, Gooseberry & Elderflower Gin (made with home-made elderflower cordial) and Damson Gin that are not yet on my website. A busy month so far with a fab order for Bracken Ghyll Golf Club in Addingham of a variety of fruit liqueurs. And a lovely taster / meeting today at Premier Cru ~Fine Wine at Guiseley where we tempted some customers into playing 'guinea pig' and trying some liqueurs, not that they needed much bidding. Left them with some Sloe Vodka and Sloe Gin, one of which they have sold already!! Thank you to both these new customers
